I’m looking for an off-market deal—how do you source them?

Nothing ever appears on public portals. Through our private network of developers, receivers, family offices and probate solicitors, we uncover exclusive, discreet off-market opportunities—each pre-screened to your mandate and shared under NDA.

How does Equinox protect client confidentiality?

Every enquiry is logged under code name; seller IDs, data rooms and financials are shared only after mutual NDAs. We never advertise mandates on social media and use encrypted deal rooms for documents.

Can you help with planning or development uplift?

Yes—our strategic-planning desk models GDV, engages local consultants, and can run staged applications (outline, reserved matters, minor amendments) to optimise value and lender milestones.

What are the risks of investing in real estate?

Real estate investment risks may include market fluctuations, maintenance costs, and inconsistent occupancy rates. We offer professional market analysis to help you minimize these risks.

Do you work with international buyers who need UK or UAE visibility?

Absolutely. We structure SPVs, arrange tax advice, and facilitate in-person viewings. Over 60 % of our transactions last year involved overseas or dollar-pegged clients.

How long does a typical transaction take from offer to completion?

Timing varies by transaction type and due diligence requirements. Off-market sales are entirely deal-specific. Bridge financings can complete in as little as 48 hours through our private lender network. Development or portfolio trades depend on complexity and diligence timelines.

What is the minimum investment ticket you accept?

We don’t impose a hard minimum or maximum. Whether you’re seeking a £250 k bridge loan for a single unit or structuring a £200 m development JV, we’ll assess the opportunity on merit, location, and exit plan. For smaller tickets we can also syndicate capital through our co-investment network.
